Keystone Home Products warrants all products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years or as covered by the original manufacturer. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective goods or to the refunding or crediting to the purchaser the purchase price of the goods. We shall not be liable for consequential or indirect damages. This warranty does not cover damage to the product or its finish due to misuse, abuse or other acts for which the product is not intended.
Bifold & Sliding Door Systems
Sliding Door Hardware – The hardware comprising the prefinished metal frame for all sliding door systems is warranted by the hardware manufacturer to be free of defects in workmanship and material for a period of seven years. Our obligation under the foregoing is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective goods.
It is recommended that all prefinished hardware and mirrored surfaces be cleaned using a soft cloth with non-abrasive soap and warm water.
Shelving
Wire Shelving – The wire shelving system is covered by the manufacturer under a free replacement policy provided the shelving has not been abused, misused, or overloaded. This policy covers materials, not labor, and is subject to the above-mentioned conditions.
It is recommended that all prefinished hardware and painted surfaces be cleaned using a soft cloth with non-abrasive soap and warm water.
Mirror
Vanity Mirror and Mirror Sliders – It is recommended that all prefinished hardware and mirrored surfaces be cleaned using a soft cloth with non-abrasive soap and warm water.
Shower Products
Shower Doors, Enclosures & Tub Doors – The manufacturer warrants all products including: shower and bath enclosures and other acrylic bath products purchased for residential use, to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of ten years from the original date of purchase. This includes any peeling, cracking, wrinkling or delaminating in the surface finish of all acrylic products. This warranty does not apply to products relocated after initial installation or products that have been subjected to alteration, misuse, negligence or accidents, corrosion or abrasion. Alteration is defined as any component or plumbing change which contributes to a component failure. In addition to this warranty, normal maintenance such as replacing caulking will be required from time to time.
